Fosterhance Health and Rights Initiative is a youth-led organization dedicated to advancing health equity, reproductive rights, and inclusive education. We empower communities across Kenya through advocacy, education, and healthcare services.
Founded and led by healthcare professionals , educators, and activists, we work at the grassroots and policy levels to promote informed choices, challenge stigma, and push for systems that support safe motherhood, reproductive autonomy, and gender justice
